Sometimes it is more convenient to have items delivered to a work address: if you prefer delivery to a work address, it is very important that we have the business name shown on your order, and the business phone number must be on the order as well. Courier companies may not be able to deliver unless the address reflects the business location name in the address.<br>
To reduce costs and overheads to our customers in certain rare circumstances an order may be shipped direct from a supplier, sometimes from multiple locations. We will endeavour to inform you if this is the case. Shipping and handling charges nationwide is a flat rate however this is limited to a maximum of 5 Kg. For all shipping charges over 5 kg additional shipping and handling charges may apply. We will contact you via your Email address or phone number prior to any additional shipping charges.<br>
Return PolicyGeorges of Wanaka completely guarantees all of its merchandise to be free of defects. Please note however that you cannot return merchandise if you change your mind, so please choose carefully when purchasing items.
